Our Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled within 24 hours from the time of placement during regular business days. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) will be shipped the following business day from our California head quarters through USPS. Enjoy free shipping when placing any order of $30 (pre-tax) or more.

Depending on the final weight of the package(s), all orders that qualify for free shipping at checkout will be delivered by USPS through First Class Mail or Priority Mail. 

Looking to do some weekend shopping?

All orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled and processed that following Monday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order is processed, please check your email for the order confirmation which will include tracking information of your order. If not immediately made available, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to be updated by the courier service. 

All of our online orders are shipped using USPS, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. This especially applies for all orders that are being shipped through First Class Mail.

Looking to do Next Day/Overnight shipping?

As stated, any and all orders placed after 3:00PM (PST), Monday through Friday, will be processed the following business day, this too applies for all expedited services requested for orders placed after our shipping window hours and regular business hours (09:00AM – 05:00PM). We highly recommend that all expedited services, on any orders, be placed before 3:00PM (PST) at checkout, Monday through Friday. All orders that select next day/overnight delivery will be processed through UPS with all tracking information updated once dropped off to a local UPS location. 

Please note, since all orders are shipped through USPS and UPS services, when applicable, special requests upon delivery such as, specifics to placement of package(s), time, and to whom the package should be released to are not a service we can guarantee nor provide at this time. 

Where is my package?

If the tracking information has not updated after two business days please contact us immediately at support@caribeecbd.com with your order information included in the message.

Caribee CBD only ships within the United States.
