Will I get High?

Because our CBD is hemp-derived, our products are completely THC-free, leaving you focused, calm, and feeling good. No distractions (or munchies) here!

Will it show up on a test?

Most drug tests use THC as the marijuana indicator in your system, so our zero-THC products are perfectly safe! Please be careful when using CBD products from other brands, as some may contain trace amounts of THC.

I tried a packet and nothing happened?

If you’ve tried our CBD products and didn't notice anything, take a deep breath - CBD interacts with each individual in a unique way. Experiment with taking CBD at different times throughout your day, and keep in mind that the benefits of CBD are heightened through regular consumption, so keep trying!

Can I overdose on CBD?

Cannabinoids have no known toxicity. The perfect dose varies from person to person, so we encourage starting with our basic recommended dose and increasing your dosage as necessary.

Processing Orders and Shipping?

When can I expect my order?

Orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours from the time of placement during regular business days. Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be fulfilled until the following Monday. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

Once your order is processed, please check your email for the order confirmation which will include your tracking number.

What delivery carriers does Caribee use?

All online orders and wholesale orders are shipped using USPS.

What do I do if I receive my order but it was damaged or there are missing items?

Please send us an email to support@caribeecbd.com or call us on our support hotline. We can ship out a replacement order as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us right away via our phone hotline or support email.
If the package has been shipped, you’ll just need to return it back to us to complete the refund.

I made a typo in my address, can I change it?

If the package has not been shipped out, we can have your shipping address changed for you. Please call us at tel: 888-466-8223 or email us at support@caribeecbd.com.

Does Caribee ship internationally?

Caribee CBD only ships within the United States.

Returns

How do I return a product?

All products must be unopened and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Please email support@caribeecbd.com to inform us that you wish to return your product.
After the 30-day window has expired, all products will be considered final sale.

What is the return process?

Once we receive the return and confirm its condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email our confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your account.

I purchased Caribee CBD from an outside vendor, can I make a return?

Only purchases made through our official online store are eligible for returns.
We will not accept returns from a purchase made in a retail store or through a wholesaler.
